Maintenance on RTU-1. I cleaned both evaporator and condenser coils to restore proper airflow and heat exchange efficiency. The evaporator coil was found completely clogged with debris prior to cleaning, severely restricting airflow. Approximately 50% of the condenser coil fins were observed to have hail damage, potentially impacting heat rejection efficiency.
