Refrigerant Charge Corrected on the Dining Room Unit

While verifying operation across the four units, our technician found the main dining-room rooftop unit — an older system running R-422B, a common R-22 replacement refrigerant — slightly low on charge. We added 3 lbs of R-422B, confirmed operating pressures returned to normal, and verified the unit was cooling properly before moving on. On aging equipment, a low charge is worth noting: it is often an early sign of a developing leak rather than routine loss, and it is easier to track once it is on the record.
